Registration fees

We would like to thank our sponsors who have to help us to celebrate this meeting with reduced fees. Discounts are also available for OSA and SEDOPTICA students.

General registration fee: 60 €
Student registration fee: 30 €
OSA/SEDOPTICA student fee (50% discount): 15 €

Cancellation policy

Upon postponement or cancellation of the event, the conference will only refund registered attendees for registration fees paid as of the time of cancelation (all the bank expenses generated by the reimbursement must be borne by the participant). No other refunds will be provided. If the Event is postponed, The conference will provide you with substitute passes for the new event unless a refund is requested in written form to the email mice@abramar.com.

For the avoidance of doubt, the conference is not liable to you or any third party for any other costs or damages, direct or indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special, or general resulting from postponement, cancellation, or termination (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodations).

CEN2021 will follow the OSA Anti-harassment Policy and Code of Conduct.
